Griside cannot guarantee changes to an address after an order has entered processing or been dispatched. Additional delivery costs may apply where a shipment requires re-delivery because of incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Delayed or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the applicable estimated delivery period, please contact us at griside@outlook.it with your order number.

We will review the available tracking or shipping information and assist you accordingly.

International Orders

Where international delivery is available, additional customs duties, taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination and applicable regulations.
